WAR VETERANS BLAST STUDENTS’ NAZI DRINKING GAME

ABOVE: A drinking game where students dress like Adolf Hitler has been blasted by war veterans

By Tom Savage

A DRINKING game where students dress like Adolf Hitler has been blasted by war veterans.

Thousands have joined a “sick beyond belief” Facebook group dedicated to the boozy card game.

Some students have even grown toothbrush moustaches in a bid to look like the Nazi dictator. The group – Hitler, the Drinking Game – has more than 11,000 “fans” and was created by Huddersfield University student Nicholas Rowley and pal Anthony Pike.

Both describe themselves as “Führers” and the rules of the game see students laying out cards in the shape of a swastika. There is even a tasteless section called The Holocaust where players have to down a pint of shots in one.

But RAF veteran Alistair Harris, from Gloucestershire, raged: “This game is sick beyond belief. My granddaughter is at university and the thought of her playing this game is shocking."
